a little info, should you care to read on - if not, that's ok, too :-P

i went through a major health crisis early 2008; still recuperating... and what's so funny, after clawing my way back up from near death (no, really), i almost got smashed by a car tonight while crossing the street. :-S just goes to show you nothing you can do can stop the inevitable, so best get yer ducks in a row cuz you never know when your time's up.

I'm really sorry to hear that :S I am however happy to hear you are doing better. I've had a few close encounters myself and they always surprise me. You don't start to really think about things until you are put in a situation where you might leave things unfinished.
